Enable us to manufacture the look and feel without sacrificing the security your project requires. We use the finest Particle core, which is the most stable available, allowing us to offer generous warranties
against warp, even in high humidity. Laminated Strand Lumber, "the Replacement for Stave" Core Doors enables us to Factory Warrant doors with full lite cut-outs. Our top and bottom rails as well as our inner stiles are made from engineered lumbered (LSL), offering great
stability and moisture resistance, Our outer stiles are from hardwood, and can be matched in most species to the face veneer.
We use a Borden crosslinking resin emulsion glue, which is certified for quality applications for both standard and fire door applications.
It is all very easy for our customers! Just give us your requirements as to size, core, veneer type, finishing, and machining, your manufactured doors will be ready for you to hang in your fame and apply your hardware.
