Kerfkore introduces its new environmentally friendly "Green" product line for all your curved applications. The Kerfkore product line makes fabricating all types of curves easy. Kerfkore is changing the way designers and fabricators look at curves.
Starting over 10 years ago with Kerfkore, a product which enables fabricators to laminate first and then bend, to the introduction of its "Green" product line, Kerfkore has been working hard to make fabricating curves easier, more affordable and now environmentally friendly.

  
   


Kerfkore is a perfect fit for fabricators of residential furniture, store fixtures, and displays.

Kerfkore-Green is an environmentally friendly bendable product that can be laminated flat and then cold formed into virtually any shape. It allows for the attachment of most semi-rigid face materials like veneer, HPL, metal, and other materials. Kerfkore-Green can produce a smooth symmetrical radius to 3-1/2".
Supports LEED credits; MR 4.1, MR 4.2 and EQ 4.4

Flex Green - consists of a NAUF Eucalyptus fiber hardboard attached to a NAUF particle board substrate. High quality face veneers can be cold or hot pressed to the product while flat and then bent into desired shape, down to a 16" radius. Available 4x8, 8x4, 4x10, or 10x4.

Foamkore Green is constructed with a NAUF Eucalyptus fiber hardboard face and back attached to a lightweight polystyrene core. This balanced panel construction provides stability without the weight. It is available in thickness from 3/4 to 3".

Kerfed Foamkore-Green is constructed with a NAUF Eucalyptus fiber face and back attached to a lightweight polystyrene core. Its balanced construction provides stability without the weight. It is available in thickness for 3/4 to 3".
