Design Options
Teragren's bamboo countertop and tabletop products provide beautiful, durable and renewable surfaces that are perfect for table tops as well as kitchen countertops and islands. Teragren's Parquet Butcher Block, is a hard, durable and bacteria-resistant alternative to traditional maple butcher block. And it is made with a formaldehyde-free and food safe adhesive that is perfect for table tops as well as kitchen counters and islands. Teragren's many styles of furniture-grade bamboo Panels and Veneer are perfect for many architectural millwork applications and cabinetry.

Supports LEED Credits
All Teragren bamboo products contribute to certification under the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Rating System: MR Credit 6 Rapidly Renewable Materials. To meet IEQ credit 4.4 ask about LEED enhanced IEQ 4.4 compliant products that utilize a non-urea formaldehyde adhesive. Teragren's proprietary manufacturing adhesive emits formaldehyde at levels far below those allowed by the strictest standards in Europe and the U.S.

Quality and Sustainability
Teragren products are made from Optimum 5.5 Moso Bamboo sustainable harvested at a maturity between 5 1/2 and 6 years for maximum stability and hardness. The result is products that are 25% harder than oak, 12% harder than maple, and contract and expand 2 1/2 times less than traditional hardwoods.
